For me, a thousand dollars for a locomotive - whoa! - Heady houghts......I'm an N-Scaler and I model the Milwaukee Electrics. I'd GLADLY pay a grand for a LITTLE JOE (from KATO (of course) with working pantographs, DCC, and sound not that there's much of that [:-^] I've got a SPUTNIK pairing already with a pair of ex-KATO EF's, but a LITTLE JOE would REALLY make my CHRISTMAS MERRY & BRIGHT! <br />
