Good Morning!

Who of you guys sent that wet white stuff over to us? Would you please take it back? I did not order it!

It started to snow late last night and it has not yet stopped. The flakes are not as big as on Ray´s photo, so we did not yet get as much as on Ken´s photo, but it is close to 10 inches by now. I was hoping for spring to be just around the corner [:-^]

Parent front: No call early this morning, which is good news. I am aware that it can happen any time now, as both have very little will power left. I feel bad about being home, far away from them, but I just need some rest under the care of Petra. Her birthday is coming up next week and I want to be with her - In those 30 years we are together, I never missed her birthday, even if I was on an assignment far away from my home. She´s turning 55 and still is that sweet young gal I met over 30 years ago!

Barry - please take care of yourself, old pal! We want you to be around for many, many moons to come!

Ken - I have long given up on trying to understand some reactions of our better halves. Any attempt is just like trying to stop the tides - you may try it, but you never succeed. Why waste the energy?

Ray - Toyota has started to market the Yaris Hybrid here. It is not a plug-in version, but the cheapest hybrid car available. It sells for roughly $ 20,000 in my neck of the woods. If it were to be marketed in the US, it would probably cost about $ 14,000. I wish I were able to get one. It is supposed to do 75mpg!

Y´ all have a good one & stay safe!
