Galaxy - taking care of our elders is, well, let´s use the word challenging. My parents have never been easy folks to be around with. While my father is easy to please, my Mom isn´t at all. She has been brought up, well, very old fashioned, when times for her kin were much better. She comes from a family, which was by today´s means really wealthy. All of that wealth was lost due to the war, but coined here up until today.

I also thought of moving in with my parents, but the price I´d have to pay for that is losing all of my support, and, most important, Petra. I´d have to live off the goodwill of my parents, a terrible thought in my age.

During my student days, I lived at home (I had to). Guess why I finished my studies in the absolute minimum time! Only to be independent. I doubt that I could give that up and stay sane.
