Good Morning!

It is bitter cold outside, 14 F! No more snow though, but we expect a lot to come tomorrow. All of Germany is covered with a layer of that white stuff, from just a couple of inches (in my neck of the woods) up to a couple of feet. As much as I like to see it, it is a big hassle when you have to drive to places.

We will start to my parents in about an hour, hoping the roads are all cleared by that time. It is a little over 100 miles to go, which normally takes an hour and a half. Won´t be making this today. As my Mom still does not feel up to speed (what speed at the age of 84?), we will be staying only a couple of hours before we hit the road again. I´d like to have covered most of the distance before it´s turning dark again. I find driving at night with snow and ice not really thrilling.

Bama - it totally had escaped my memory that you are the proud father of three kids now. Good job!

Jeremy - a belated [bday]. Gosh, you´re still a young one!

Well, CU later -. when we are back!

HAve a good one
