Hi Larry; I don't know if the company "Regal" is in the USA or not.Up here in Canada, it's a 'direct-marketing' type of company sold much like Amway, Avon , etc. My wife got me a great little weigh scale that goes from 0 to 9 ozs, or 0 to 250g, for very little $. It's plastic, fold up, with a little tray, adjustable 'zero' setting. Often, these direct-marketing companies have this type of product. [She got me a tiny battery-poer vacuum too, from Regal, and it's great for dust removal around small details]. Happy New Year / Mike
