I would like to repower a ConCor PA-1. Does anyone have a suggestion on the best motor for the job?

1) grasp Con-Cor PA-1 model firmly in right hand.
2) jently lob Con-Cor PA-1 model over right shoulder.
3) do not look back.
4) head to Trainworld or Ebay and buy a Life Like PA-1 model for under $30 (I've got three of the N scale PA's, and have bought another five for my dad as gifts, and haven't paid more than $25 + shipping for any of them).
5) repowering complete!
Seriously, retire the Con-Cor PA and replace it with a Life Like engine. The models are lightyears apart in terms of quality and running ability that you'll really be glad you did! There are several places where you can find the PA's for much less than MSRP, but Ebay is generally the best.
