I had an issue with the headlight on a Paragon2 2-8-2 Mikado, as some of you already know. After some emails between BLI and me trying to solve the problem via CV programming, BLI offered to send me another decoder free of charge to see if it will solve the issue.
When replacing the decoder, I experienced some difficulties. Again, BLI Service Department was helpful, answering my emails within hours. The engine is now running fine with the possibility to control the headlight the way it should be.
I appreciated the way BLI supports its products and helps customers in trouble. I wanted others modeler to know.

I also had a headlight issue. After an exchange of a couple of E-mails they sent me a new lightboard and explained how to change it out (it was very easy)
All was right with the world again. After I had it fixed I wrote them to thank them for their excellent service and help. The guy wrote back and thanked me for acknowledging their great help, it sounds like they don't get many thankyou's.

Same here, just fixed the truck on my BLI sd40-2. Parts were here in a week. Excellent service.
While I have not had great luck with there Steamers, there services department is top notch!
