Lunchtime!

Zoe, whatever the gang is ordering, put it on my tab, please. I am celebrating post # 5,000 today!

Petra and I went on a shopping spree this morning. It´s the time of summer sales and our wardrobe urgently needed some additions. We spent only a third of what we intended to, but got only half the gear we were looking for [:'(]. Don´t they have decent clothing for middle-aged folks like us? That teenie stuff looks awful on us. The few things they had in my size were on regular price, i.e. out of reach. I guess I have to go the place I am sure I get decent stuff - our local hunting and fishing shop! Actually, they are sometimes a lot cheaper than other stores.

Nothing planned for the rest of the day. I may watch part two of that train ride to Chicago later on, should I not go for a nap.

Have a good one!
