What a great prototype !

Yesterday while on a field trip for Oklahoma History with other homeschoolers, I saw the greatest prototype. The Kansas City Southern's fueling facility at Heavener, Oklahoma. A small yard with some fuel cranes , mountains in the background, a small town on the raod next to the tracks, and big, Hansome, KCS diesels. I think this is a great prototype for people who want big trains, nice sencery and mild operations in a small space. check out Heavener, Oklahoma and the KCS !

home schooling is where you take courses by mail to complete up to a high school education at home instead of in a public or private school systems...they are a good way to get a high school education if your parents are good teachers or you learn well on your own without the help of others...

Its just like school, the only difference is that my parent are the teachers. I even get report cards from the school district!

I will be Homeschooled all through High School ( thats the plan ) I have been taught by mom most of the time but this year I am primarily teaching myself. I will probably do self study througout high school. I take classes with other homeschoolers for Latin and Algebra.

sounds like a great prototype.

about homeschooling though, in my area all the kids that i of that are homeschooled are really femmy, no offense to anyone, and are really afraid of socializing and getting to know people. i mean i wouldn't complain one bit if i was homeschooled. my mom is a teacher so i would probably do just fine, but missing out on socializing and getting to know people would be a major bumer. just wondering if its like that with you. just getting opinions from others, do you go out and get to know people at all or not? what's it like? i don't know what i would do if i didn't go out and do stuff with people. i'd be lost.

I do alot of stuff with my church and I have classes with other homeschooler twice a week. Of course I don't see other people my age as often as other kids do, but then agian, I'm the type that likes alot of quite. I do like being with my friends alot tto, though.
