Good Afternoon/Evening!

Zoe, just a glass of OJ for me - I have to watch my diet!

This was supposed to be a slow day for me, as I am still kind of weak. Well, it was, until shortly after lunch, when my friend Lothar showed up with a bundle of racks and shelves. After a couple of hours of hard work (for him, not for me) and five dozens of words the forum software would not allow me to post, the shelf for my layout is now up on the wall, the modules are connected and I was able to run the first train over the entire length of 8 feet! Unfortunately, I was not much of a help to him, other than being in his way all the time.

The desk is clear now, and the whole train/guest/laundry room looks a lot less messy! Guess, who is really happy! I mean Petra, of course!

Here are a couple of quick shots I took some moments ago:

Not the best pictures, but you´ll get the idea.

The best of it is, that I found a way to extend the whole thing by another 5 - 6 ft., allowing me to add 8 more modules to what I have now!

Enjoy!

P.S. The day really perked up my spirits, although I am doggone tired.
