I have to say that the recent run of resurrected topics has been fun. I'm not sure why our friend has chosen to relive the past. In reviewing this material I see names of old friends and wonder where they went since last January. Sometimes I find posts that I wrote but don't recognize. Once in a while I run across a topic I missed.

Francisco, enlighten us all. Why? Many of us are curious.[swg]

I think it has to do with On30Francisco being relativly new to the forum, if he's reviewing older topics and wants to add a comment or opinion, it "resurrects" the topic and then other newer mebers also add so the topic get a second wind. I think its good, it also tend to bring more modeling questions back to the front and gets away from some of the fluff we've seen so much of lately. I think its a good thing, keep it up On30![:D]

I think we ought to call him "Indiana Jones". Hey, digging old things up like that can get dangerous….

I've been surprised that anyone would have that much energy, curiosity, and stick-to-it-iveness to read through so many back posts (not to mention an fast internet connection). I also think it's been a good thing. It brings up a bunch of topics (of all types, polls, how-to, general fluff, what have you) that a lot of new people here wouldn't have a chance to see other wise. It's probably also added to board activity over the past few weeks. Hope we don't all go back to sleep when Francisco gets to the end of the back posts!!

(Hmmm, do I have any embarrasing 'rants' in old posts that I ought to edit out before they get resurrected?)

Regards

Ed
