Like the last reply, I think it's a BLI thing. My CB&Q E7A has the same issue as yours and my Hudson has the same light leaks around the headlight cylinder where it meets the boiler face that Aggro's does. I thought, in the J1e's case that it might respond to a tiny nudge to seat it better, but no joy, just a fit & design issue. Both loco's have the blue-white LED's too so it's really noticeable. Having that wonderful sound lessens the anxiety about the other details.
