Morning all,
Well the move to Mississippi is becomming more of a reality. Neighbor from down the road called last evening to go down and talk. Here we own the house and a 5 acre mobile home park next door. They want to buy the house and the park. We have another house and I sold that to the tenents that are living there this past week. That will leave us with one four-plex apartment to sell. And where it's at they sell fast. It's in a very desirable area.
The move to Miss. will be a consirable downsize. We will be moving from a 4,100 sq. ft. house to a 2,776 sq. ft. house. If she will let me cut off a few bedrooms it wil be smaller.
QUOTE: I sent you an E-mail also.
Mike email me direct with your mailing address and I can figure the shipping.I will also send you an inventory list of what I have.
