Good evening Shop Dwellers,

CapeJim - come on over to the table while I compose this post! Beefing-up your roster to support additional commuter service, eh?

PC - those are some excellent shots of old equipment, but I thought you had moved from that town? Anyway my fav was the Boilermaker crane - my father graduated from Perdue in '51.

Ed - give my regards to Bob [teffy] when you visit him.

HC Rob - condolences on the loss of your friend. I have a stepsister who's 47 who just underwent surgery for *** cancer [double mast.] and now shes going thru chemo. Seems like everybody's getting cancer nowadays!

. . .
Looks like another weekend drawing to a close - actually, a whole week where I didn't have to devote any time to my kids' school-related activities (Spring Break). The upshot: Another lineside industry completed! It's a propane gas distribution center built totally from Plastruct and Evergreen (except the Ford C-series trucks, which are Athearn's). I'll start with an overall view:

Here is a closeup of the tank car unloading platform with 2 propane trucks parked in front:

The next image shows the warehouse/office building. The propane tank trucks started as stake trucks like the one shown.

...Well thats it for me for tonite, Monday morning comes way to soon and I gotta get rested for it. Toodles!
