Good Afternoon!

Friday afternoon and I am back from this week´s sweat and toil at the STALAG. We are pretty much through our curriculum now and have 4 weeks of repeating that boring stuff before the final exam - yaaaawn. I´ll be bored to death in the coming weeks and might be a little grumpy [:-^]

I will try my skill at the hot wire cutter this weekend, building a mock-up of that urban scene. I´ll be using bits and pieces left over Styrofoam to construct the highway overpass and some buildings, paint them gray with a rattle can I still have and see how it will look like. I might keep it for a little longer time to save up some funds to buy the real stuff - in time for Christmas [swg]

Jeff - the "warbonnet" paint scheme is still among my favorites for the F´s and E´s!

Garry - when do I see your layout featured in MR. It´s absolutely fantastic!

Todd - I read every single word of your posts, even if I need magnifying glasses to do that. Now that does not mean that I always understand them ... [:-^]

Paul - I am glad the fires were not too close to you. Hoping for some rain at your end [angel]

Jim - those guard rails are what I was looking for, but I am afraid I won´t be able to shelf out $ 18 (turning into $ 30 landed cost) for them. Gold Metal Products - man, the price matches the name.

Flo, coffee and a handful of chocolate chippers, please.

Have a good one
