Good Afternoon!

Zoe, I´ll have a mug of coffee, with milk, but hold the sugar, please.

I woke up with a nagging pain in my left hip. Got worse during the day and now I can hardly move - dang! As a good friend of mine once stated - when you are over 40 and you wake up in the morning without some sort of pain, you are dead.

As I cannot move around, Petra had to the the Monday morning grocery run on her own. That gave me some extra time to put in some w*rk on the module. I added a lot of clump foliage (the big bag lasts a long while, Ken) and now the module starts to look like what I wanted it to be. Sorry, no pictures yet, I have to wait for the glue to set. Still lots to do before it is finished...

Stan - your collection of paintings is just amazing. You should advertise in MR or Trains - I bet there are a lot of folks who would like to own one!

Ken - I am not much of an auto mechanic, but when that vibration is still around after the wheels have been balanced, it must be the shocks which need replacement. That´ll be an expensive undertaking!

One more hint on the tunnel portals - I was not really happy with the looks of those plastic portals, so I placed one of yours in front of it - dang, with a little sanding it just slipped into the niche of the plastic portal. Looks good! About the trees - there will be a little forest on the next module!

Chris - now it is I who is giving a firework of thoughts? Wait until you see the picture of my fourth module, once it´s finished! I have so much fun building these modules and seeing the layout grow, step by step. The nice thing is that the layout always looks finished.

Curt - nice looking layout - I wish I had your space! [tup]

Jeff - I am glad Medicaid is approving to you brace. Hopefully this will be of a big help to you.

I received a PM from Stein (steinjr) from Norway, stating that he and his family were not involved in the Oslo bombing attack. Stein was only a few minutes away from the blast and he initially thought it was just thunder. There are still a lot of people missing from the Utoya Island shooting, so the death toll is expected to rise. We keep a prayer candle lit for the victims and their families.

Lot´s of MIA´s these days - where is Jim, John, Bama, Trainman Sam, Ed, others?

Have a good one!
