Good Morning Gang!

I can´t believe it - I beat Bill again!

Looks like it is going to be a sunny day - hopefully not as humid as in the past days. Petra and I will be looking at some senior citizen places today, to find a suitable one for my parents. It won´t be easy to find a home which will meet their expectations.

Zoe, a breakfast bagel and a mug of coffee, please.

Though the new Yellowstone Bachmann will be releasing in Fall is a nice looking and hefty beast, I find it more interesting that they cater for the "smaller loco aficionados" as well. There is plenty of big steam in the market, but a decent small loco is still missing.

Ken - talking about that Z scale layout - it still rests put aside, as I have actually now place to put it up, not even for a test run. Petra won´t let me put it on our living room table, knowing that it will stay there for a little while [swg]

Chris - your comments make me think about my layout concept. My initial intention was to put up a shelf above my desk to store the modules when not in use. Which in effect mean, that the layout will be "in storage" most of the time, as may desk is the only place I can use my computer, do some w*rk on a module etc. Triggered by your "vision", an idea came to my mind. What if I build a narrow shelf along the wall where the modules could stay, say semi-permanently and form a little point-to point layout. If I find a substitute for the bookcase which is obscuring the way, i´d have 16 ft. for the layout. As I have built the corner modules already, I could still built up the "roundy-rounder" on my desk, if I feel like doing so. [?] I guess, I have to go back to the drawing board with this idea. I will not w*rk on the corner modules until this idea has matured.

Edit: Here is a first idea of what I mean:

Galaxy - I keep my fingers crossed on the house issue - I bet they will bite!

Well, that´ll be all for now - have a good one!
