Galaxy - I can´t believe it is so difficult to find a proper home which suits your needs and pocketbook. I guess that a lot of folks are just not putting up their homes into the market to wait for better times, as this is a buyer´s market right now. I keep my fingers crossed for your search! My "American" mother is right now attempting to sell her property on Bainbridge Island, which also proves to be difficult. It is a beautiful home at the water front, has a spectacular view - the place I´d like to be.
