I've use "Printshop" program to make art work for decals. This programs main function is making greeting card, banners and the like. What I do is this. I choose the Blank paper format. Type a line of type the closeist font size to the finish size I want to serve as a size target. I then use the "Headline" tool, custom mode to print a block with clear letters and a black background. I then reduce the size of the block untill the letters are the right size. It's easier than it sounds. I hope this has helped.
