Good Afternoon,

Flo, a large RBF for me, please! Come to like that stuff ... [:-^]

Galaxy - if you feel uncomfortable being, say, a little "flatulent", here is what you can do: Mix two to three tablespoons of cider vinegar into a mid size glass of water and drink it. Do this every evening for about 4 weeks and then pause for a week. The taste needs a little getting used to, but Petra and I have been doing this for years now to improve our digestion and well being. Sounds a little like magic, but people have been doing this for centuries - it works. Cider vinegar is an old, old medication for a number of little illnesses. Try it, you are not going to like it, but it helps.

Curt - I am sure everything will be OK, but I am still a little nervous about it. For a 82-year old lady, it ain´t a walk in the park.

Went upstairs into our attic to do some w*rk on the bridge module. Just a spray painting jobs to weather the rails. It should be dry in a few moments - it´s above 100 F up there. Next comes ballasting - my favorite!

TTFN
