Is anyone else having trouble with Webshots?

I really enjoy looking at everyone's photos, both model and prototype. Many of the members here use Webshots as a host. Recently, it seems that every time I go in there, I can see everything fine, but when I try to return to the forum, I get a script error, and my computer freezes. This causes me to have to reboot. I swear it has something to do with that STUPID spyware pop up.

Chuck, Elliot, and whomever,

Try something called Ad-aware or Spybot software. Do a search and you should be able to find these programs. They are free and relatively small so downloading is fast. They clean up and remove spyware programs from your PC. You would be surprised how many programs are actually running in the background on your PC. I run these programs once a week if I'm surfacing the net a lot. It not uncommon to have as many a 50 spyware programs running on your PC.

No trouble overhere as well, but some of the ads at webshots are verry irritating: e.g an yellow - red flashing column at side of the page asking me if I want a greencard

Actually, I have Ad-Aware, just the free version, so I know that I have no spyware on my computer. When I do a control alt delete, I can see all of the processes running, and I know what they are. Most are associated with my HP printers. I think it's the pop up thats giving me the hard time, the subject just happens to be spyware.

Call me paranoid, but I'm afraid to click on the damn thing because I suspect that IT is actually spyware.

It's nice to know that I'm not alone in this. By the way, I run ME full version not overlay, and not XP.
