Paul, I got the winch engine from the fellow whos property the club track is on. He has six of them. There are slight variations in the winches. I chose the one that had flywheels that are 24" from inside to inside. I thought about maybe welding a flange around the flywheels or making a new tire with flange and running it direct on the track. Got to go to work this morning so any work on the loco is going to have to wait for a month or two, till I get back home. <br />Sure wish I could find a job where I could just stay home, and they sent the check to me anyway!!
