Thanks for the cordial welcome Tom and Rob. Tom I am not modeling any particular division on the Southern. I have roughly two scale blocks of cityscape on one side and more pastoral, rural scene opposite to that. The bench work for the City is braced off one garage wall (South) while the opposite leg is cantilevered off my work bench (North). The East leg (oval) is a two track mainline spanning the void as a viaduct while a steel girder bridge (removable) spans the West end of the oval. I have limited space so all structures are "fronts" that I've scratch built or kit bashed. The Trolly line is a dogbone effecting a double track down Main Street on the second level. The yards, passenger platforms and freight docks are on the lower level. I'll try to elaborate in later postings. Right now, I need to get some domestic tasks done as it is getting a little late. Oh yes, I watched the DIY channel tonight and found the show interesting. Thanks for the tip. So long for now.
