Good Morning All:

I'm going to try what Phil did and see if this post will be
easier to read. By Canadian standards it's going to be
hot here today 66 F.

The reason that this page is so wide (I think) is the links
that Jim put on don't have a break.

***:
I used code 83 because of the variety of switches that are
available. I don't have any trouble with any of my locos
running on the ties as all of them have RP25 wheel contures.
I like the code 83 and it isn't that much more then code 100
in price. Did you get Lynn Westcotts book on benchwork yet?
A friends layout is laid with code 70 and his track dissapears
into the ground scenery.

Talking to the LHS's in Houston (5 of them), code 83 sales
have outstripped code 100 sales for about 2 years now. When
Atlas went over to code 83, I figured they were onto the change
since they are the leader in track sales.

***:
Do you think they are called the New England Pats just so the
rest of New England would support them? Their's a lot of
greed in the NFL. When the super bowl was in Houston they
wanted to charter my bus for $900.00 a day and then charged
the companies $2400.00 for it.

Jim:
The MOW cars that Walthers had were origionally Silver
Streak and they are available on eBay for usually less
then $15.00 ea. They are a nice kit to build, probably
takes a few evenings per car. I built several of them a
looong time ago and they were enjoyable.

Ed:
You'd better have a comfortable chair when you get back
as we are proflic now and you'll have about 4 pages per
day to catch up on.

Well I've got to go to work

Ya'll have a blessed day and remember SANTA FE ALL THE WAY

bOB
