Modeling Portland Cement Storage Silos

I built a grain elevator using PVC pipe. I drilled a small hole near the bottom of each tube and bolted each section together. Then, I traced around the completed silos onto sheet styrene for the roof, adding about 1/8" for the "lip" that is typical of these structures. <br /> <br />I have seen similar scratchbuilt structures at a number of train shows. <br /> <br />John Timm
