Good Morning All:

It's a beautiful day outside it's probably 50 degrees and a high of 63 for the day. The heaters are running and I'm trying to warm up the train room so I can work (?) today. Hopefully I can get all of the track rewired so the blocks are set up. I had all of the track on one block with jumper wires and alligator clips. That's the way you are supposed to use the word alligator and not talk about things that crawl around and eat small dogs and cats. While we're talking about them, I've been told that they can out run a horse for a short distance.

Phil:
How often do you check your bood sugar? I do mine every morning when I get out of bed. After that then I get my tea and breakfast and get on the forum. That way the figures are always after the same amount of fasting.

I've found out that the food makes a differance, pizza and lasagna will make it go up, so do hot dogs and sandwiches. I can eat a little spagette and lots of sauce. It took me probably a year to figure out what was making it go up and down. It was very frustrating at first because I wasn't used to keeping up with what I had eaten yesterday, now it's old hat. I can almost tell you what shape I'm in before the finger *** as I've been doing it so long.

I thought that I'd miss sweets because I like pies and cookies, but it's the carbs that I miss like bread and pasta.

Be very careful about your feet as they develop problems first and a foot ampitation is not uncommon.

Your last post was a good epistle, you had to make notes and then post or you've got a good memory (better then mine).

Krump:

Why do you think the "wrecker pictures" are computer enhanced?

Ed;
I've always used a carrage bolt with a "T" nut because it has the square sholder to turn with a wrench and it also has a round head.

I've got to git as I've got three things on the "honeydo" list before I can play, besides that gives the train room time to warm up.

Ya'll have a blessed day and remember SANTA FE ALL THE WAY
Bob
