Ed [:)] The veggies were cut up into medium size pieces but took forever to cook. They and the roast were put on about 8:30 Saturday morning and sometime this morning were finally done. The roast turned out well. I took it out last night. I was very disappointed in the veggies thought. The onion had no flavor at all, I guess maybe it was too big. The potatoes were ok. [:p] I updated the thread about meeting Teffy. You can go there to check on it and him. Don't forget to leave a reply. [;)] Thanks [:D]
