I agree about the broccoli, when I worked at Burger King and prepped salads the broc was the worst part 'cause it would come in a sealed plastic bag. Boy did it stink when you would first open it. Happy cooking. BTW if your email still is a pain I can try adding the recipes to my profile and you can just copy them from there into the notepad and print from that.
