Decoder Access in Atlas Master H16-44

Hi Folks...does anyone know how to take the body off from an Atlas Master H16-44 locomotive (item #9533, May 2003)? I'm trying to access the DCC decoder in order to switch it from DC to DCC and having a heck of a time figuring out how to take the body off. I'm afraid the instructions are not much help. Thanks!

If you haven't figured it out yet, you just gently grab the shell and pull it straight up.
Thats how I removed mine when I replaced the circut board
