You all actually chat about what interests you- sometimes a hint of cuisine- but not much.
One of the other forums diner thread is like the freakin' food channel- all day, every day!
Does this imply that model railroaders are more 'healthy' than railfans?
I'm both (but not sure about the 'healthy' part!)
I hope to soon post pics of my Santa Fe layout (under construction, but lower level completed)
Thank you!!!! And welcome to this side of the tracks. The people here seem to have a much better understanding of the intent behind this topic. It should have nothing to do with food, and everything to do with good conversation.

I'm both a modeler and a railfan too, but not everyone is. There are not very many of us who post to both forums. Maybe 100 that do so on a regular basis. Many of the members over there don't bother to come here.

Frankly I'm a little disgusted with some of the foamy nonsense that goes on over there, and one person in particular. I think you'll enjoy hanging out with this crowd and you should fit right in. As always the goal is to have fun.[8D]
Big_Boy_4005: How do you find time to do two forums? That gives you in addition to the forums 1) Big_Girl_; 2) layout; 3) work; 4) sleep; 5) eating and 6) railfanning. You're a better man then I am. I sometimes meet myself in the hall doing another project. But then you young squirts don't need much sleep.

Ya'll have a blessed day and remember SANTA FE ALL THE WAY
Bob
