Thank you, thank you, thank you, thank you, thank you, thank you, thank you. etc. (I'm dying to ask two questions - why is this spaced out so far? and do I get a you know what for being the 500th? - That was a joke ! Just kidding. Woops! I'm so excited and it isn't even my birthday, and I spent most of today removing a couple hundred feet of fencing in my backyard in preparation for a new deck and fencing, and rock retaining walls. I did briefly visit a local garden railway at an open house, and had a momentary urge to build one in my backyard which has the perfect terrain for a logging or twisty branchline, but the 'boss' quickly intervened and gave me a choice - the basement for my HO or a little patch of ground for G scale, and then added, sell off one of them to finance the other. HO won out. Whew! I'm glad that's over. . .

I had mentioned in an earlier post that I'd post the brand name of the waterproofing material that I had momentarily forgotten - it's made by UGL (United Gilsonite Labotatories) and the product is called "Drylok Masonry Waterproofer". It is available at either Home Depot or Loews (in their paint departments) here in Georgia, and most likely, everywhere in the US. Look for an informative brochure (item # 515 40) that describes their entire line of masonry waterproofing and related products. They have a website also: www.ugl.com FYI for lupo - it apparantly isn't available in the Netherlands, as it makes no claim to plugging holes in dikes. . .

I prefer a strong Colombian coffee w/ a large scoop of vanilla ice cream, and since today is special, I'll splurge and have it w/ coffee ice cream instead. Do you have pie? I would also like a slice - no make that two - of rhubarb/apple pie w/ a scoop of vanilla ice cream on top. Thanks.
