You make your green salad and add anything to it you want it to have. Fry a good deal of bacon, crumble the bacon into the salad and poor the HOT bacon greese over the salad and the lettuce wilts immediately. This item must be served immediately. Believe it or not it is pretty good. It has been a while since I have had it and some people put sugar in the greese but not me. I don't believe this "salad" is on the Adkins diet though. [;)] <br />
