Good Morning, Everyone!

I just noticed that I missed out a day in the Diner - shame on me! My HD list was kinda short today - just get a little money out of the bank and buy the weekend´s food. It is my son´s birthday today - time for reminiscing. The "little one" is now 23 years old and now heading strongly for his master´s degree in engineering. Petra and I have to realize that our baby is a grown up man now.Too bad, that he cannot be with us today.

I had some unpaid utility bills out of our old house. Yesterday, a guy called on us and we went to the house to read the meters. It seems, as if there is no debt left, as there was no consumption during the last half year. Foreclosure will now be next week - Petra and I will be glad, when this is behind us, no matter, what the result will be.

I hope I will be able to start on the benchwork construction this weekend. I am a little dependent on my friend´s availability - he has a station wagon we need for hauling the plywood from the lumberyard. There are still some issues to be solved on the construction. I tend to build my benchwork too heavy and too strong. [:D]

Talking of engines - I have three:

1 Marklin class E 94 - for reasons of nostalgia, it is a gift from Petra

1 Stewart F-7

1 Heljan class 26 BR Diesel.

Not much of a roster, there iused to be a time when this list was much longer [:(]

Flo, I´ll just have a mug of coffee , please. I´ll stay at the RC, watching who will come by and join me.

Have a good one!
