First off, good luck with the layout. Don't use the OSB board in any fashion or you will kick yourself. It is very heavy for starters and it will warp and swell with changes in the moisture in the air and over time will be a pain in the rear, stick with plywood at least 1/2" thick, ideally 5/8" BC or 3/4" BC. The BC means it is sanded smooth on one side and is a step up from standard CDX. You also don't need to get as elaborate as furniture grade plywood either, it's a waste of money considering you are going to just cover it up with track and scenery. <br />Hope this helps a little bit.
