MDC & Athearn: how many michigan hobby shops continue carrying them?

has anyone heard from their favorite michigan hobby shops as to if the shops will continue to carry MDC and Athearn products with both businesses being swallowed up by Horizon Hobbies? With MDC and Athearn being bought my guess will be that prices of their products especially ready to run freight cars will reall go through the roof price wise. i mean Athearn's fishbelly 50" gondolas are nice but they are not nice enough for me to want to buy a ready to run one for $15. If i do any more purchasing of Athearn or MDC products it will be at flea markets and not through hobby shops or mail order. i can get better bargains at a flea market rather than pay inflated prices

No crystal ball down here but our prestigious "RIDERS of Grand Rapids has an on going
supply of rolling stock/diesels.

Chuck, all 3 shops carry both. Hobby World has a lot of both, Hobby Recycling does too, but that's not a fair comparison, as I think Hobby Recycling does a lot of consignment selling.
