Yes, it's early. SO?!?[:D][:D] I finally finished the handrails on my SD40T-2M. It still needs some white on the handrails but the hard part is done.

Doesn't look like the SPF is catching on real well on this forum.[:0]

Anyway my work this week was pretty mundane (but it HAD to be done sometime).[:p]

I added some covers for the accesses on the fascia. They are held in place by Velcro:

Then I made a "shelf" for my accessory power supplies:

I also cleaned up some of the wiring after these shots.

You guys who are doing REAL modeling are doing some real nice stuff.

Looks Good Jeremy.

You are an inspiration to us all. I enjoy seeing your curiously unique and original models. I like the fact that you are willing to make bold statements and pu***he outerlimits of the hobby. Its the creative modelbuilding spirit like you have shown you have that I am trying to promote. I applaud your efforts. (Now if I can get left alone around the hosue for a couple days I might be able to add to SPF next week)

Here are a couple shots of my trusty LL GP20 (N-scale). The paint is still fresh - at least until I build up my nerve to weather it... [:D]

Dougal... where's that NS picture from? And what does NS stand for? I was up in Hershey park on Saturday and was thinking that I saw an NS train (hard to tell when you're doing 70 on a roller coaster).

NS is Norfolk Southern, the amalgam of Norfolk & Western and Southern RWY. They are the major Class 1 in the South.

Here are a few of mine

At the head of a PPLX unit train:

Two helpers heading east or something:

The NS loco in the middle of the picture was brand new. I wouldn't be surprised if it was one of the ones I'd seen when I was living in Erie up until last month. The other train didn't let me get a picture of it closer, but we did get a good picture of it with a zoom lens on a film camera and have to wait for it to be developed:

One of a multitude of shiny new K Line containers that I'm using to justify why I never weathered my K Line containers:

A very hurried picture of an old SP container (and a future project for my lone SP container):

Nice shots! My guess is those shots were taken on the Pittsburgh Line, right?

I took all those at Horseshoe Curve. I think its a pretty good place to do all the railfanning I need to do. For my freelance railroad, I can go from my memory (as well as plenty of pictures in case I forget) as far as scenery and industries go. But the types of rolling stock, I don't seem much in the way of things that aren't hoppers and scrap gondolas here.
