Good Morning everyone,

October is saying goodbye with a crystal clear and blue sky and a frosty temperature, just above freezing - the kind of weather I like very much.

Zoe, coffee in my LKAB mug and a blueberry muffin, please n´ thanks - I´ll be at the window to watch the switcher and his crew getting prepared for the day´s tasks.

Today, some of our furniture, which we had sold, will be picked up. Used furniture does not give you any amount of money worth advertising it, but we were lucky, that one of our not so near neighbors just wanted to have the cabinets we cannot take with us. A friend of mine is also joining us to pick up the railroad literature I sold to him. In total we make a little over $ 400 [tup] - money we urgently need! The house is now starting to look uncomfortable - many empty spaces! It is time to move on!

Monday I have a meeting with the counselor who helps us with our debts. Purchase value of all our belongings is a little over a million dollars, the mortgages and debts run up to less than half of it - should we be lucky, the current market value will just cover that, but I am afraid, it won´t, the real estate market is all the way down [tdn]. After that meeting Petra and I have to see the job counselor. I again have to explain why it does not make sense to turn in more applications. I am already listed with all headhunters, so sending a CV the second time around does not help. Petra will probably be sent to a vocational training measure, something meaningful like how to drive a forklift truck. Oh, well [V]

A very good weekend to all of you!
