Good Afternoon, all of you!

Yesterday was a bad day and the night was not much better. I felt as if someone had beaten me up. It is a little improved today. Did some w*rk in the yard, moving about a ton of leaves out. The landlord called this morning, the contract is on its way to us, but the guy also needs approval that he can rent it to us - what a weird world!

Ray - CONGRATULATION !!! There is more than a dozen reason why you can be proud of your achievement!

Sue - Train rooms are just like Pig Pen of the Peanuts - it takes less than a second to go from clean & tidy back to "normal" .

Zoe, just some coffee for me, I´ ll be at the window and see who is dropping by:

Have a good day!
