Why not go to the Model Railroader Directory ( of Leading Model Retailers), and contact the Canadian ones who advertise a
website
? Most of them have listings in their sites, conduct sales and special offers from time to time, and will sell to you "online", once you establish a valid credit card number with them..(which you can do over the phone if you want to keep your plastic numbers off the 'net ).
This way, you also support a retail operation...without which we wouldn't have much of a hobby.

My LHS, whish is actually a big store for which the whole second floor is almost only for model trains, has a web site from which you can order online, they also have a phone number for you to call and get the info you need if needed.

The guys there have always been nice to me, but I don't know how their online service is, as I've always went there in person. Hope this helps.

Try Canadian Model Trains. While mostly a brass retailer, they do have a large selection of Life Like and Life Like Canada models, including many special runs with Canadian-specific paint schemes. They're VERY good to deal with and their prices are fair.

I like robmik's suggestion. I don't have a MR in hand but if you find George's in Toronto in the classified section of the magazine I have had excellent results with them. They shipped to me here in the states.
I'm pretty sure they do advertise in MR as that's most likely how I found their store when in Toronto and they have a web site.
