For all of you who are "boycotting" UP. . .

. . . I'm going to star buying MORE UP stuff (and don't forget all the RR's that they have gobbled up [;)]) from now just to annoy you all! [:D] And I encourage all of you who are still loyal to UP to do the same. Then,UP can make millions* off of us in royalties.

*by millions, I mean millions of cents
huh?

El Parro- Always wanting to do my part, I will graciously accept any surplus UP equipment that you would like to purchase. When you get that Overland Models veranda turbine, go ahead and order 2, that will show these non believers! You can store thousands of each and any UP rolling stock at my place, be sure to get 10-12 SD70's, I really like them and annoy people all to heck!
No, no, don't thank me, just trying to help out and do my part.

The only people being hurt by your boycott are the hobby people. This will ultimately wind up up with fewer hobby suppliers if it works.

UP yours, Hows that for anoying you? Just kidding, I realy don't care for the UP all that much but I will always have a few pieces of their rolling stock & equipment on my layout. I just think alot of folks are just venting a little. CP Rail took over my favorite rail line the SOO LINE & I was a little upset too because it will never be the same as we knew it, The SOO used to keep their fleet pretty clean, & then CP sent all of their dirty junk down here to tow the consists. So that kind of got to me & many others. All in all the CP is a pretty good rail line with alot of good people working for them. Give it a little time & most of the folks will get over the UP issue. Sometimes change sucks! PS; The Eagles have a pretty good song on their " Hell Freezes Over " CD sung by Don Henly called " GET OVER IT " It's kind of a suggestion to those that need a little hint! SOO Long.
