Identifying a Switch Stand

Wondering if anyone can help in identifying the switch stand shown on the cover photo of the August 1998 issue of Railroad Model Cratfsman. The photo was from the feature article on modeling the snowshed at Lizard Head Pass by Steve Durnin.
Looking for the manufacturer/model # or was it scratch built?
Regards,
A

Hi.I can't find that issue of RMC but it might be a harp switch stand. In the 1996 walthers catalog track section it shows them in a Precision Scale Company ad.Precision Scale makes three types, including one for the DSP&P and one for D&RG. These are brass or plastic kits.
