What is best for softening/removing dry acrylic paint from my airbrush?I'm about ready to soak the metal parts[color cup, needle, etc.] in a draino solution.Any suggestions?

Try either
pure Denatured alcohol
or
91% alcohol
heavily soaked on a clean terry-cloth towel for any plastic components. You can give the metal cup and components "a bath" in the alcohol. [;)]
