My railpower products shell doen't fit my atheran frame. the problem is on one side of the frame there is a spot that is to high and the shell won't fit properly. and also HOW IN THE WORLD DO I PUT COUPLERS ON IT?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?[?][?][?]
[/quote]
My suggestion would be to find a Rail Power frame and transfer the Athearn running gear to that. If one is not available is it possible, after you remove all the running gear, to machine or grind the high spot down a little at a time on the frame?
Without being able to see it in person, it's difficult to say what is the best route to mount the couplers. I personally prefer mounting the coupler box to the frame. Other people like body mounted.
Sorry I can't be of more help.
