The court with the grand jury on the guiltiness of the hobo will begin on the last weekend of June at Galesburg Railroad Days, which mysteriously isn't being sponsored by BNSF this year. Even stranger is the fact that the explosion happened near Dotsero, Colorado on the D&RGW, now being nicknamed the "Dangerous & Rapidly Growing Worse" by the local railfans. The locomotive was supposedly a Bachmann (Botchmann) Consolidation on a test run. The railroad is now going to purchase Genesis Challengers, which will actually be in the right roadname now.
