[bday] OzarkBelt!

Styrene? Ehh.... I've used styrene for roads before and while it turned out okay, I think plaster would work better. And keeping it out of the flangeways shouldn't be too hard; I'm planning on applying the plaster, cleaning the flanges out with an old freightcar truck, then putting something in the gap to keep the plaster from coming up to the rails. Once it's dry I'll clean out the flanges with an old hobby knife with a broken blade.
