Hello All,
Finally I dood it [:D]
I know many of you were waiting for those videos...please pardon the quality of the sound, imagine it is much better than what you are going to hear.
These videos are in wmv format, please update your codecs if you cant watch them.

Wow!! that was really cool. It took a while to load each one, but it was worth it. Can I ask what you used for the sound? Was it a decoder or what?

Noah,
The sound is included in the Lionel Veranda. (Built-in DCC decoder equipped with QSI Quantum Sound.)
You can hear the sound either on DC or DCC.
The videos are on DC, I couldnt wait to test it myself so I bought a simple DC transfomer, the problem is that it had no direction switch !
I found a not very orthodoxe solution : I plugged bewteen the transformer and the track an electronic speed controler used in RC stuff !! I can set the voltage on the transformer and then, with a radio and a receiver I command the ESC to change the direction (it commands the horn, bells, and many other things like the programming).
No problem with the transformers you can find in USA.....unfortunatly, no way to find that in Paris today, except on order......I am an impatient guy [:D]

That was impressive

To top it off, it has my favorite horn, the
WABCO E2 "honker"!
Thanks for the video clips! I think once someone tries a locomotive equipped with a quality sound system, they're going to want more! [;)][:D][:)][:p][;)][8)]

Another video I recorded and edited.
It is just for fun and wont show new things. Be informed it is 3.5Mo in wmv format and works by streaming.
Please let me know if you prefer the sound of this movie or the others above
(For the first video clips I used my digital camera, a Canon Ixus400 and for this one, a digital video recorder Canon MV4i.)
