Athearn's formal announcement came out yesterday. The first wave will include four variations: (3) BNSF Premium Heritage units, (3) BN Executive units, (3) BNSF Executive units, the special green warbonnet # 9647, and (3) CSX units. No undecorated models were mentioned in the announcement. <br /> <br />There were 11 different 70MAC versions described in the announcement. I assume their plan is to eventually produce them all, but they don't say that. And they don't mention anything about flared radiators, so I guess there could be more than 11 versions produced by the time all is said and done. Time will tell. <br /> <br />
