I beleive there are a few blister packed companies out there that specialize in small brass 'trinketes' like the kind you need. I recently detailed the interior of a cab on a consolidation with a handful of inexpensive parts I picked up at my local hobby shop. I'm sure many if not all hobby shops have a similar display. Some companies i can think of off the top of my head include details west, detail associates, and something in a white package with green lettering. Most parts sell for around four or four and a half dollars. hope this helps.....
