Pre 1900 Passenger Car Step Source ?

I am looking for the source of an HO scale part for a Civil War-1900 passenger car step. I've seen it pictured but can't remember who is the vendor. Hard to describe, but the steps are open, that is, there are treads but no risers between treads and the sides are rods. It is not the caboose end platform step that is widely available. The part may be "lost wax," but I can't find it in the Precision Scale catalog

I know it might be obvious, but did you try Walthers? Miniatures by Eric might have some, although they tend to lean towards diesel details...

Selley used to have such steps and may yet have. Don't forget the narrow gauge sources as the small cars of that era were close in size to 1910 era narrow gauge

Just perused the Miniatures by Eric online catalog:

Lots of beautiful parts, but not the steps I'm seeking. Another downside is that we don't have many Miniatures by Eric vendors in the lower forty-eight provinces. [:)]
And, yes, I did look at each of the illustrations in the Super Detailing Parts section of the 2004 Walthers HO catalog.

Dave and Ray,
I have a hard copy of the Bowser catalog, which of course includes the Cal Scale and Selley lines, but neither has the correct steps. The Cal Scale 190-321 end railing is the right era and I plan to use it with the steps (when I find them), but the 190-386 and 190-356 steps are too modern. Do sincerely appreciate your responses.

That's funny [:D] [:D] [:D] I think most of the time, we are the "northern states"... Of course you would have looked at the Walthers catalogue, but due to the exchange rate, I usually only get one every other year from my LHS, so I don't have the '04 version to check... [:(]
