Run a virus scan on your computer, have you recieved any mail porporting to be from ebay asking for acct info? Have you inadvertnly opened attachments and release a trojan? Some of these are capable of stealing information. Update your antivirus, scan your computer and wait a day before trying to sign in. Perhaps a friends machine or a public library can be used to visit ebay and see if it is up. Good Luck!
